RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All of our custom-made products are created based on specific information provided by each individual customer and have no resale value. As a result, we are unable to accept returns of such products. In the event that you have received a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 10 days of receipt by emailing us at contact@delfinosports.com and include photos of the product as well as proof of purchase.
REFUND POLICY
All items are handcrafted and customized with care, which is why we do not accept refunds for products unless the error was on our part (e.g., incorrect customization, wrong size or color, damage upon arrival). If a refund is applicable, please email us at contact@delfinosports.com to initiate the process.
